Users create, pay for, and manage "listings" from feature rich user account. Public searches, views listings, contacts users.
Web design, php scriptings, mysql, custom cms panel to manage all aspects of the site.
All pages developed using "program templates" so we can modify the html of a page without having to modify php files. The programtemplates have already been created but some of them will need "look and feel" implemented into them.
Will not pre-pay $ for any portion. Will agree to escrow.com $ for agreed upon completed phases.
Must be avail to communicate in fluent English via (phone/skype and im) during EST (USA) time zones.
